We require a MasterCard or VISA credit card to confirm your reservation. We welcome check or cash payment with a 2% discount. A minimum stay may be required . Call us between 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM (Eastern Time) for reservations and inquiries.
Check-in is from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM.
Sunday check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 PM and by advance reservation only.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy with a full, served breakfast and complimentary beverages included. They are subject to change without notice.

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly!
A $25 per room cancellation processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. $50 for event periods.
Cancellations made 11 or more days before your arrival date will not be charged for lodging. 31 days or more for event periods such as Graduations, UF Football Weekends, Arts Fests, etc.
Cancellations 10 days or less before your arrival date will result in the issuance of a gift certificate of like value which may be used within 60 days, assuming availability. Fees and periods for event weekends may be higher and longer.
Early departures fall within our cancellation policy.
